Weight Loss Tip 67: Junk Food Cost Less than Natural Food

Junk foods cost less than Natural foods because they are worth less.
It does cost more to grow herbicide and pesticide free foods, but the truth is - Junk foods cost less because they makers want every”body” to be able to consume what they are selling. They want every”body” to purchase their foods because it’s easy. That’s when they have you - the addiction begins.
Fats, sugars, carbs, caffeine are all habit forming. They bring the body up - then bring it back down. Way down. The body craves these unhealthy foods and every”body” buys more.
What do Natural foods make you feel like?
Have you ever seen someone who does not drink coffee, buys only organic untreated meats and produce, drinks
only pure H2O? What do they look like? What do they feel like? Do you think they are addicted to feeling good?
It’s your choice. […]

Weight Loss Tip 63: Clean Out Your Fish Tank

If you had a fish tank and the fish were ill and unhealthy because their water was filthy, would you treat the fish or change the water. This analogy sticks with me. I hope it will stick with you too.
Obviously, if we just treat the fish, they will never get better because their environment has not improved. But, if we change the grimy water, the fish will most like heal themselves.
Think of it, most our food is dead, contaminated and compromised. We expose our bodies constantly to chemicals and toxins in our drinking water, the air we breath and in the food we eat.
We need a change of environment. We need to clean out our own tanks before it is too late.
Unfortunately, traditional approaches attempt to treat the diseases that poor diets and other heath hazards influence, but they make little or no attempt to […]

Weight loss Tip 61: Change Your Diet

The bottom line in weight loss is you have to change your diet. If you don’t like your weight and or your health situation right now you have to take a closer look at your diet. I have always tried to avoid too much sugar and junk food, but I had no idea how unhealthy the food I was eating still was.
So many of our foods are filled with toxins and impurities. They are processed and poisoned and are hardly recognizable as real food at all. Wanting to avoid these hazards and get healthy, I started cleansing my body on a cellular level and nourishing it with pure organic protein, whole grains, more live foods and drinking distilled water. I also tried to cut down on red meat, most dairy foods, all carbonated drinks and I tried to avoid processed and preserved foods as […]
