Many of us have sugar cravings. They can control us and our eating habits. One of the reason we crave sugar or caffeine is because of low adrenal function.
The adrenals are hormone glands that sit above the kidneys. They provide energy in the form of adrenalin. Stress can off set this healthy process. When we’re stressed the adrenals secrete adrenalin as if we were preparing to fight a predator, depleting the body’s energy reserves. We can be left with little or no energy and fatigue.

Cheat! That’s right, CHEAT.
Let yourself off the hook from time to time. Loosing weight is a life long commitment. Being healthy can include ice cream. The trick is to cheat. Not to indulge everyday, every meal or snack but only when you have earned it or when you would really feel deprived.
Portion control is always important. Especially when it comes to satisfying cravings. Don’t go overboard or you’ll regret it.
Stick to your healthy eating plan most of the time and cheat with discretion!

Junk foods cost less than Natural foods because they are worth less.
It does cost more to grow herbicide and pesticide free foods, but the truth is - Junk foods cost less because they makers want every”body” to be able to consume what they are selling. They want every”body” to purchase their foods because it’s easy. That’s when they have you - the addiction begins.
Fats, sugars, carbs, caffeine are all habit forming. They bring the body up - then bring it back down. Way down. The body craves these unhealthy foods and every”body” buys more.
