Vitamin Deficiency: What’s your Diet Missing?

These days more and more of us are reading labels and striving for healthy choices in the food isles of our grocery store. Still, the US Department of Agriculture indicates that at least 40% of us miss the mark, consuming a diet containing only about 60% of the RDA of Nutrients. This means that nearly half of us suffer from a deficiency of at least one important nutrient.
Vitamin B6, calcium, iron and vitamin C are the most common deficiencies. However, simply replacing these in supplement form isn’t always enough to correct the problem.
