New Year’s Resolution - Lose Weight in 2008!

OK, so lose weight / get fit is probably the most common new year’s resolution but that’s because it’s so important (and difficult).  Setting down your specific goals and how you plan to achieve them can help motivate you and increase your chances of achieving your goals.  Why not take a few seconds to jot down your fitness goal somewhere - preferably in the comments section here (so you are sharing it with others)?
